	Villa Florida: This charming villa is situated on the sunny west coast, close to La Preneuse. Amidst a tropical garden with a beachside location and the comfort of a private pool this accommodation is a magical holiday domicile. Close by is the 'Black River' national park and a few metres bring you to the historic Martello Tower. This stunning optimal setting gives you views of the lagoon and the coastline.


	A private path brings you within a minute to the fine sun bleached beach of La Preneuse. Here in a wonderful climate, that rarely drops below gorgeously warm, one can enjoy a paradisiacal environment.


	The main house offers two air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with large and comfortable double-beds. The third bedroom is located in an extension and has a twin-bedded room and an en-suite bathroom. The American style kitchen is excellently fitted with all necessary equipment required. From the living-room one has immediate access to the furnished veranda and the adjoining garden with pool and sun-beds.
