	Villa Côte Belle: Situated only five meteres from the beach, the location of this Villa could not be better. This dream property is located North of Mauritius in the tranquile region of Grand Gaube. This roomy villa is built over two-stories and therefore has ample capacity for up to six people. Not only are guests provided with splendid views of the Ocean from the veranda or terrace but also from every room present in this Villa.


	The interior of this holiday-home is extremely practical, comfortable and modern as it has been recently refurbished. The pine kitchen boasts all the necessary utensils for those guests who have a passion for cooking. The dining area lies adjacent to the living room which provides guests with many cushions, making this the perfect place to relax in the evenings. Furthermore, guests can opt to spend their free-time watching Cable TV, DVDs or surfing the internet. All are included in the overall price.


	Altogether, Villa Côte Belle boasts three indivdual bedrooms which each have a double bed are have been decorated using soft tones and fabrics. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony where guests can witness the breathtaking views of the calm sea. The third bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom. From here, guests can access the fully furnished terrace which is surrounded by vibrant, tropical gardens. For those guests who like Barbecues, there is also a Barbeque area which can be used.
