The Aquapazza is on the Resort's own private island, the Ile aux Chats. It serves a contemporary Italian cuisine with emphasis on seafood. The restaurant's private dining room is ideal for small gatherings. The Bau Champs delights with a modern interpretation of southern French dishes and boasts an open show-kitchen. In addition to the dining room and wine-cellar there are three al-fresco dining pavilions. A relaxed atmosphere is found in the Bambou with a pan-Asiatic menu as well as Mauritius specialities. This restaurant is on the Isle aux Chat and offers a Teppanyaki-Grill in addition to a Suschi-Bar. In the Golf Clubhouse one finds Le Club, open to all guests it is here that you find both a breakfast and a lunch a-la-carte menu. O Bar: The bar and lounge is located next to the Beau Champ. Here you can enjoy fine wines and spirits, innovative cocktail creations, long drinks and light refreshments. |
