General  Business Terms

1. Contract Agreement- Booking

Once you have recieved a copy of your contract and our general business terms, you are required to read

both documents and if in agreement, you must sign the contract and send us a copy either by fax, post or

email within 3 days. The booking is only valid for the number of people indicated in the contract. If the property will be occupied by an extra person whom is not listed in the contract, an additional fee will be charged. On confirmation of the booking a deposit of 40 up to 100% - depending on the business terms of owner or tour operator - of the total balance is required which also has to be paid within 3 days. The booking is valid with the receipt of the signed contract. Please make sure that your transfer covers the exact amount as The Dream Destination Travel S.L. is not responsible for any bank taxes or similar fees.

According to the business terms of the owner of the property or tour operator the remaining balance has to be paid upon arrival or to be transfered within 8 weeks prior to departure. If no payment is made (deposit or ballance) then the reservation will be annulled by The Dream Destination Travel S.L. and a fee will be charged according to the cancelation terms.

For credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard) The Dream Destination Travel S.L. has to charge an extra fee of 1.5%.

2. Commitment

The Dream Destination Travel S.L. is truly committed to acting as a Travel Agency. In relation to our experience, everything we offer has been carefully selected, described and displayed by us. We draw up all our plans as well as taking photographs of the properties we offer.

The Dream Destination Travel S.L. acts merely as an agent between clients and the owner/manager or tour operator of the property on offer.

3. Liability and Complaints

The obligation of The Dream Destination Travel S.L. is limited to the responsability of a conscientious selection and description of the properties on offer subject to our own knowledge and the information given by the owner or manager of the properties.

Any false or amended information which is unkown to us is subsequently the responsibility of the owner/manager of the property or tour operator.

4. Dutiful Involvement

The responsibility of the tenant is to report any faults or defects, either of house/room or furnishings, to the owner or manager immediately or within 24 hours so that they can be quickly put right. Later complaints cannot be considered.

The tenant has the duty to treat house/room and furnishings with care. Any damage to the property or furnishings caused by him is to be reported to the owner or manager. The cost for repair or replacement is to be carried by the tenant.

5. Cancellation

By a withdrawal from the contract a cancellation fee will be charged. Up to 30 days before tenancy:
40% of the total sum, 29 up to 8 day before tenancy: 8o% of the total sum, 7 days up to non- appearance or last minute cancellation: 100% of the total sum.

A cancellation must be done in writing and the date of its delivery will be decisive. We recommend taking out an insurance covering these eventualities (e.g. http://www.insureandgo.com).

The tenant can withdraw from the contract on providing a substitute taking over the contract under the same conditions. A change of property, dates or the duration of the stay can only be changed by cancellation subject to the above conditions. Last minute or special offer renting contracts cannot be cancelled or rebooked. For every change an additional fee of 50,- Euro will be charged

6. Place of Fulfilling Contract and Court of Jurisdiction

Claims for compensation are to be directed to the contractual partner. The place where the contract has been fulfilled and the court of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the contractual partner.
